• Ingredients
    • 4 Tablespoons of Soy Sauce
    • 2 healthy squirts of Sriracha
    • 2 Tablespoons of Olive Oil
    • 2 teaspoons of sesame oil
    • 1 -1/2 teaspoons of minced garlic (3 cloves)
    • 1 teaspoon of ginger
    • 1/4 teaspoon of White Pepper
    • 1 Cup of shredded carrots
    • 1 Cup of Kale
    • 1 8 oz package of Chinese noodles(or use packages of ramen)
  • Instructions
    • Heat olive oil in Dutch Oven (or something similar you have on hand) at medium-high heat.
    • Add carrots and stir off and on for 3-5 minutes.
    • Add ginger, white pepper, Sesame Oil, and Garlic. Let simmer for 2 minutes or until its fragrant. Stir to prevent sticking.
    • Add Soy Sauce, Broth, , and Sriracha. Bring to a simmer for about 2 minutes.
    • Stir in kale. Simmer for about 2 minutes or until wilted.
    • Add noodles cooking until desired tenderness. I cooked mine for about 5 minutes.
    • That is all! Once you have put it in a bowl you can add green onions, meat(for the people who eat it), or hard boiled eggs on top!
